The purpose of this amendment is to update Section M- Evaluations Factors for Award to include attachment M-1, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) – Evaluation Methodology and provide the organizational ID for Citrix.
LPTA – Evaluation Methodology
(a) FDIC may award a contract to the responsive offer which is technically acceptable and has the lowest price.
(b) After receipt and evaluation of proposals, FDIC may award a contract to the responsive offer which is technically acceptable and has the lowest price. Technical Acceptability will be determined by the offer meeting FDIC’s minimum technical requirement.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
•Offeror must provide ALL items with matching Part Numbers in Section B - Price Schedule.
•Offeror must be an authorized reseller/partner of Citrix. The Lowest Priced Offeror will be asked to provide proof of Citrix reseller/partner status.
(c) Proposals will be evaluated as either “acceptable” or “unacceptable”. If the offer cannot meet the minimum technical requirements. The offer will be deemed “unacceptable”. There is no evaluation benefit to a proposal that exceeds a minimum requirement.
The Organizational ID Number for Citrix is 65217HQ.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) intends to award a contract for Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud (HMC) term license in support of the agency’s IT infrastructure. The contract will be firm-fixed price and have a one-year base period with two, one-year option periods.

- Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact.
- Provision 7.3.2-49 Small Business Representation (June 2011), Section K, Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Offerors and 7.1.3-1 - Post-Government Employment Certification (Pre-Award) - May 2009 (see Section L) of the solicitation.
- Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements for Government Customers.
(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.
(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.
(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT.
