Scope of Work The proposed paving area is 39,227 S.F. The total limits of disturbed area is 53,461 S.F. which includes the proposed paving and 14,234 S.F. peripheral disturbance for Ditch Regrading and Slope/Shoulder Tie-In to ensure positive drainage around the parking lot. Resurfacing will take place on top of the existing Gravel Lot. The existing Gravel Lot will be fine graded and then a 2” layer of Base Stone (21-A) will be applied to supplement existing gravel base and provide a leveling course prior to applying pavement.
