The Fort Myer Religious Services Office requires the services of a Catholic Music Director / Musican to perform on an hourly basis on an as needed / when needed schedule at the Old Post Chapel. This is a Firm-fixed Price contract based upon the hourly rate proposed. Interested Offerors are welcome to submit questions not later than 7 August 2024 via email with the solicitation number in the Subject line.
This is a two-part solicitation. Once proposals have been received those that are initially technically acceptable (fully responsive to 52.212-1 and 52.212-2) may or may not receive an email invitation to perform a capability demonstration for the Religious Services Office personnel and other individuals.
No phone calls will be accepted.
No mailed, Fedex, UPS, or other hard copy proposals will be accepted.
Pricing - The attached Excel file is required to be completed as part of your proposal. Only populate your hourly rate where the existing RED text is. The evaluated rate (price) will be the average hourly rate over the five (5) CLINs to discourage unbalanced pricing.
The CLIN lines on the PDF 1449 can be used to establish your hourly rate as well.
