The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and supplies necessary to provide catering services for events in the event spaces listed in Section II of this RFP. This would include the preference for the Contractor to offer a small package for Micro Weddings, to include light passed appetizers, a champagne toast (with glasses and alcohol) and a dessert, depending on Client preference. The Contractor shall employ, maintain, train, and assign a sufficient number of competent and qualified professionals to meet the requirements described herein. All facility rental locations have designated timelines for set-up, service and take-down. All Contractors shall abide by the designated timelines per the Facility Rental Contract or stated by the Special Events Coordinator for the specific event. By submitting a proposal in response to this RFP, the Contractor is certifying their agreement with all terms and conditions of the RFP, including the terms and conditions of the Facility Rental Contract (Attachment F). The terms and conditions of the Facility Rental Contract are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated with the Contractor when implemented.
