Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Virginia Department of Accounts (DOA) is seeking a Solution from qualified Suppliers to provide functional and technical professional maintenance and support services, as well as software, necessary to operate, maintain, and enhance/expand the existing fully functional statewide enterprise resource planning (ERP) application built to satisfy the requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Commonwealth has implemented an ERP, Cardinal, that includes financial (FIN), human capital management (HCM), and business intelligence (BI) applications. Cardinal serves as the system of record for both the financial and human resources systems for the Commonwealth. The functional scope of the system currently includes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, Health Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance, Payroll, and Business Intelligence. The Commonwealth also seeks to establish services for potential future projects, via execution of a Statement of Work (SOW), that will provide additions to the functionality offered in existing Cardinal applications, including software, implementation services, and production support services for expanded functionality.
