This contract is to be used for the City of Virginia Beach fleet vehicles only. Personal vehicles of city employees will not be covered under this contract. Services shall be provided at any time or day of the week that Vendor’s facilities are open. All detergents, soaps, and rinses utilized by the Vendor shall not contain any acids. All products utilized by the Vendor shall be environmentally friendly. Each vehicle cleaned shall be logged into the City car log-in sheet as provided. (ATTACHMENT A1) Every city employee bringing a vehicle in for car washing service shall sign the log and print their name. They are also required to show their city employee identification badge. The log must have the vehicle equipment number, license plate number, date and time of car washing service, printed name and signature of city employee, and price per transaction. All City vehicles shall use the standard basic level exterior car wash and air/towel dry only.
