The purpose of this RFP is to seek a capacity building assistance provider (individual, firm, organization, or university) to provide one-on-one capacity building assistance to community-based organizations (CBOs) and AIDS service organizations (ASOs) throughout Florida and to coordinate the annual meeting of the Florida HIV/AIDS Minority Network, a community group that represents the needs of Minority HIV/AIDS service providers to the bureau. Capacity building assistance seeks to build upon the infrastructure of the bureau's community partners (CBOs and ASOs), particularly Minority HIV/AIDS organizations within the state of Florida, which have a significant role in providing educating, testing, and linkage to at-risk populations.
