a) Cafeteria hours will be from 10AM -3PM, Monday through Thursday. Hours may be modified as needed and as mutually agreed upon between the College and the successful offeror. b) The successful offeror shall provide catering services upon request. Provide your proposed catering offers with prices for catering services. SWVCC reserves the right to contract with any other properly credentialed person or vendor to cater for special functions at the College. College organizations (student, faculty, and/or staff) may also contract with any other properly credentialed person or vendor for their special functions. Student organizations and clubs shall be permitted to conduct food sale fundraisers as their organizations see fit. If the successful offeror provides catering to the college there is a Meals & Incidental Expense Per Diem cap for catering. The successful offeror shall discuss with the college at that time. c) The College reserves the right to inspect the facility any time after hours of operation. d) The successful offeror shall effectively market the food service program as mutually agreed upon with the college by strategically advertising to attract business. e) The successful offeror shall provide health inspection reports to the college’s Contract Administrator or their designee by 4:30 p.m., the day of or 8:30 a.m., the following day if inspection occurs after 4:30 p.m. Critical violations shall be corrected immediately by the successful offeror at no additional cost to the College.
