Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide complete custodial services; Contractor shall provide detail-oriented, yet efficient management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of custodial services for the County. The Facility Floor Plans and Area Maps (Attachment 2) show detailed floor plans and maps of the facilities and other areas to be covered under this proposal. The Cleaning Requirements Schedules (Attachment 3) explain the frequency at which the services are to be performed and also provide additional information about the required services at each site. The Cleaning Performance Standards (Attachment 1) describe the minimum acceptable standards that shall be maintained. All services shall be provided in accordance with the standards, frequencies and durations described herein. County-supplied dumpsters are located through the County. (Attachment 4). Services shall be provided (to the extent feasible) during declared emergencies such as snow, ice and hurricanes.
