Specifications include, but are not limited to:The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the CSO 028A Separation Project project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to site work, sanitary and storm sewer, manholes, drain inlets, cleanouts, sewer and manhole rehabilitation, and pavement and site restoration.2.0General Information. The Work to be done under this Contract includes the following along with all appurtenant work for complete separation of combined sewers and rehabilitation of existing sewers in the CSO 28A Project area: 1) Locate and protect existing utilities prior to construction. Coordinate with the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities in the event that the existing utilities (e.g. gas lines, water lines and other underground utilities) are found to be in conflict with the new construction; 2) Furnish and install approximately 65 lineal feet of 15-inch diameter storm sewer under Williamsburg Road between Malone Street and Arcadia Street; 3) Furnish and install approximately 15 lineal feet of 15-inch diameter storm sewer under Tompkins Street (between Apperson Street and Williamsburg Road) and connect to new storm sewer in Williamsburg Road; 4) Furnish and install approximately 330 lineal feet of 18-inch diameter storm sewer under Williamsburg Road between Arcadia Street and Tompkins Street; 5) Furnish and install approximately 680 lineal feet of 24-inch diameter storm sewer under Williamsburg Road between Tompkins Street and Northampton Street; 6) Furnish and install approximately 880 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer under Williamsburg Road between Northampton Street and Hatcher Street; 7) Furnish and install 60-inch and 48-inch standard precast manholes for new storm and sanitary sewers
