The refuse center is located at BurrowsvilleCommunity Center, 18701 James River Drive, Disputanta, Virginia 23842. One recycling center islocated on the County Complex at 6601 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875 and the second oneis located at 3100 Union Branch Road, Petersburg, VA 23805
