Specifications include, but are not limited to: WJCC Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified and experienced firm to conduct a comprehensive compensation study to ensure the WJCC Public Schools structure reflects the contribution of the work performed by its employees and compares favorably with the compensation packages provided for similar work in similar school divisions, municipalities, and private employers. a. The successful proposal will: 1. Contain projected costs separately for each component of the tasks listed herein, to include projected costs for bundled tasks as determined by the proposer, and an overall projected cost if all tasks are completed. 2. Include an overall implementation timeline for both conducting the study and providing the results as well as a phased timeline that prioritizes the tasks listed below in the event of budget or staffing restrictions. The results and task prioritization will include a review of any impact(s) on incumbent employees.
