The successful Bidder (Contractor) shall provide all effort and materials necessary to provide for solid waste collection and disposal services to designated facilities operated by the City of Virginia Beach (CVB). Work shall be performed on a regular schedule and/or on an as needed basis as specified in this solicitation, and must include, but not be limited to, the provision of bulk containers, servicing of containers, and disposal of the material. B. Specific Requirements: 1. Collection Services types shall include: i. Front load service for 8, 6,and 4 cubic yard (CY) containers ii. Roll Off service for20, 30, and 40 CY containers iii. Compactor Service for both City-owned and contractor provided compactors iv. 96-gallon carts
