Specifications include, but are not limited to:The project generally consists of providing the following as shown and specified: 1. An earthen embankment main dam and saddle dam. 2. Reservoir outlet works facilities including an inlet/outlet tower and control building, a low-level inlet structure, a reservoir drain valve vault and energy dissipater, an outlet works conduit, a spillway and outlet channel, and an access bridge. 3. A 150 MGD raw water intake facility comprised of two sluicing channel intake structures, two intake valve vaults, raw water piping, and an air burst system. 4. A 150 MGD raw water pump station. 5. An operations building. 6. A 400 kW diesel engine driven backup power supply generator. 7. Approximately 2,700 linear feet of 72-inch diameter transfer pipeline and associated structures. 8. A boat launch facility including asphalt access road and parking area, dock, concrete boat ramp, and associated grading, sitework and drainage. 9. Site improvements including clearing, grubbing and of existing lands and demolition of existing structures within the impoundment area, gravel and asphalt access roads, utilities including water supply well and grinder pump station and septic tank/drain field, grading and landscaping as shown and specified to provide the site in its final condition, erosion and sediment control measures for protection of the site throughout construction, and final stabilization of disturbed areas. 10. Site electrical and communication improvements. 11. Site security including fencing, gates, access control systems and security cameras. 12. Maintenance and utility equipment.
