Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Produce a custom drone show to be presented at Ft. Monroe, or other City of Hampton locations, utilizing a minimum of 400 drones. 2. The 4th of July drone shows shall last a minimum of 15 minutes and shall be customized to feature Hamptonrelated icons and animated scenes coordinated with the Hampton Convention & Visitor Bureau. Specifications for other drone shows will be established as needed. 3. The exact show location shall be identified, agreed upon, and confirmed in writing by both the City and the vendor. 4. The staging area shall be identified, agreed upon and confirmed in writing by the City and vendor. Staging area shall be tested for potentially-impacting interference no less than 14 days prior to a show, and again 24 to 48 hours prior to the show to ensure any interference will not prevent the show from being executed. 5. Vendor shall be required to provide Special Flight Operations Plans from the FAA and any other flight authorizations necessary. 6. Vendor shall be responsible for the set-up, installation, and breakdown of equipment. The City shall provide crowd control fencing around the staging site as requested. 7. Suggested renderings/images of Hampton and patriotic icons will be provided by April 4 of each year for each 4th of July holiday, or three (3) months prior to any other drone show covered under this contract. Vendor shall provide a draft of the show 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Vendor shall also provide a run of each show with time stamp ten days prior to each event to allow time for the City or Fort Monroe Authority to coordinate musical choreography...
