The solution must provide an organized record of data to ensure adequate staffing coverage and reporting capabilities. Automation should be leveraged whenever possible using programmable knowledge-based logic. Employees should be able to: - Access information on-site and through approved mobile devices - Check personal schedules and shift instructions (past and future) - Submit leave requests - Input preferences for overtime, special events, and off-duty assignments - Receive call, text and email schedule notifications, if available - Sign up for overtime, special events, and off-duty assignments - View leave balances - Check status of time-off requests - Receive subpoena notifications via text or email.
