Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Trained and qualified personnel shall perform all services provided by the Bidder.; 2. Bidder shall demonstrate they have considerable experience providing services toward the maintenance and installation CCTV, AC systems, and associated electronic systems.: a. Bidder shall be a Genetec Unified Elite partner or higher for a minimum of 3 years.; b. Bidder shall have on staff multiple technicians that are Genetec Certified in both access and video.; 3. Bidder shall provide documentation for certification of the manufacturer, supplier, installers, project managers and instructors to be involved in this project. Documentation to include the following: a. A list with references of at least two (2) installations of equivalent or larger systems installed within the last two (2) years with the specified products.; b. Facility location and name.; c. Owner name, address, and telephone numbers.; 4. Bidder shall be able to provide, support, and integrate third-party software “Briefcam” with the latest supported version of Genetec.; 5. Bidder shall be able to provide, install, and support the Genetec Synergis Access Control System. The system shall be a complete, fully functional access control system integrated with the Omnicast Video Management System.; 6. Bidder shall be able to provide, install, and support a sip-based door entry system by Genetec Sipelia. This system should fully integrate into the Synergis Access Control System.; 7. All new installation and replacement projects shall use NNPS-approved equipment and be approved prior to the work commencing. All equipment shall seamlessly integrate with the Genetec Security Center Platform.; 8. Bidder shall provide pricing for all items in Attachments – A and B.; 9. Bidder shall maintain a staffed office within 50 miles of Newport News, VA.; 10. Bidder shall provide a project manager or designated point of contact for all ongoing projects and repairs.
