Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Demolition as noted on the Related Documents; B. Removal and storage of items to be salvaged and re-used as noted in the Related Documents; C. Removal and reinstallation of existing and new fixtures as noted on the Related Documents; D. Cutting and Patching as noted in the Related Documents; E. Rough-in re-work of any applicable electric, HVAC, sprinkler, and security systems as noted on the Related Documents; F. Repair of any surfaces affected by demolition related to the work as noted in the Related Documents; G. Removal and reinstallation of acoustic ceiling and associated fixtures as noted on the Related Documents; H. Installation of non-structural metal framing as noted in Related Documents; I. Installation of new hollow metal doors and frames with access controls as noted in the Related Documents. J. Installation of new finishes as noted in the Related Documents; K. Installation of finished electric, HVAC, sprinkler, and security systems connections and components as noted in the Related Documents; L. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, M. Thorough cleaning the project site.
