This project includes bucket dredging of approximately 108,360 CY of mud and silt material at Pier R-3, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Yorktown, Virginia, along with incidental related work. An additional option is included to dredge approximately 87,027 CY of mud and silt material at Pier CAD-A, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, Virginia along with incidental related work. Material dredged shall be safely transported via bottom dumping barge (or scow) and disposed within the Norfolk Ocean Disposal Site (NODS).
