Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lot 1 – Upgrade C-Cure 800/8000 to C-Cure 9000 a) The Contractor shall upgrade the existing C-Cure system version 800/8000 to the C-Cure 9000 platform. b) The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, software, programming, tools, materials, transportation and incidentals, as necessary, to provide the C-Cure upgrade for the Campus Card Services in Technology Services at VCU. c) All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. d) The Contractor should have a Software House certification for at least two (2) consecutive years with documented experience for at least two (2) similar Enterprise class installations. e) The Contractor is required to have a Class "A" license with the appropriate specialty classification as recognized by the Virginia Board for Contractors, Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) to perform the services. Offerors should have the Class "A" license with appropriate specialty classification for a minimum of two (2) years prior to submitting a proposal to be selected as a term contractor for renovations work at VCU. No Contractor can perform work for VCU that does not conform to the limitations of its license. The individual performing the work must be licensed in the appropriate specialty to perform the assigned work. VCU reserves the right to request verification that workers are licensed to perform work that they are executing.
