Specifications include, but are not limited to: Business Technical Assistance and Outreach Program. The objectives of this solicitation are: 1. to obtain services to assist the EOG with the administration of specified current and future business educational and technical assistance projects subject to available State of Florida and/or federal funding and the mutual agreement of the parties.; 2. to create and maintain an infrastructure to deliver a quality Program of services for the benefit of businesses taking advantage of funded projects; Program Infrastructure & Administration: Create, implement and maintain administrative infrastructure and procedures for outreach and recruitment of prospective project participants for business support and technical assistance, subject to on-going EOG approval. These services, regardless of the specific project, may include but are not limited to: 1. document the Program activities in compliance with Florida public records law including protecting legally designated confidential information; 2. develop, distribute, receive and evaluate the applications from prospective businesses using the individual project’s established eligibility criteria; 3. propose which businesses will receive assistance as applicable to the individual project;
