Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals for the creation and implementation of a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Plan. This request is to be procured through competitive negotiation for the purchase of executive level facilitation and senior consulting expertise in all aspects of business process reengineering. The scope of the BPR shall include intake, case management, payment, and reporting of all local, state and federal programs administered by DSS. The project shall also include operational and administrative processes such as financial management, recruitment of staff, training and performance monitoring. The Successful Contractor will work with managers and front line staff from all programs and service areas. The project will develop a new model for reengineered processes that meet the mandated compliances of current state and federal laws and regulations. The project will also provide an assessment of our current local automated system (Harmony) that supports the programs and services and may include suggested customizations, modification to existing and/or additional reports and changes to current processes. This project will also determine the requirements and specifications for an automated system for the electronic storage and retrieval of case documents.
