Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town seeks a partner with the following qualities in order to achieve the Project goals, above: 1. Technical Goals: a qualified private partner(s) will provide end-user services designed to meet the needs of and to attract residents, businesses and organizations within the Town. 2. Financial Goals: a qualified private partner(s) will be willing and financially able to share the investment cost for the Project with the Town in building and operating the proposed network. 3. Service Goals: a qualified private partner will offer end-user services that supports telecommuting alternatives and remote-work solutions, provide consistency and support to local business and support emerging opportunities in telemedicine, education (at all levels) and economic development.
