Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information from internet service providers providing access to broadband in Virginia. The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), through this RFI, will create a pre-qualified list of internet service providers with the credentials, interest, and availability to participate in the Line Extension Customer Assistance Program (LECAP). Pre-qualified respondents will have the ability to contract with DHCD for this program. DHCD will act as the project manager. DHCD will allow the satisfactory RFI responses to submit directly for reimbursement of costs for applications approved through LECAP. \
