- Contractor shall make all efforts to maintain integrity of the existing finished gym floor. - Any damage to the gym floor will be the responsibility of the contractor to pay and coordinate the repairs with gym flooring contractor. - Contractor shall remove all parts of existing bleachers and remove from the gym as designated below. - Contractor shall remove and stack all bleacher boards in an area designated at the Scott County Career and Technical Center located 1/2 mile away at 387 Broadwater Ave, Gate City VA 24251 for Scott County Public Schools to maintain ownership of all bleacher boards. - The bleachers are on one side of the gym and side with 11 rows covering 1,827sf. - Contractor shall remove all mechanical, and structural framework of all bleachers and dispose of the material as needed.
