4.1. Completion of Yearly Bleacher, Basketball Backstop, Gym Divider Curtain and Motorized Wall Inspections. a. This shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals to complete inspections. b. Preventative maintenance is expected to be performed in conjunction with inspections. 4.2. Progress and Inspection reports a. Progress reports shall include but not be limited to: daily, weekly and as needed reports b. Inspection reports shall include quotes for any recommended repairs and/or replacement. c. Final inspection reports to be submitted after the completion of any repair, minor or major. d. All reports shall be submitted to FCPS no later than 30 days from the date of inspection. 4.3. On-call inspections with inspection reports 4.4. Repairs: a. Complete minor repairs including electrical and certify such work upon completion. b. Suggest major repairs and anticipated charges. c. Repairs, whether minor or major, can only occur with FCPS’s written approval prior to work being completed. 4.5. Refurbishment or replacement of existing bleachers, when repair versus replace decisions necessitate, under the authorization of FCPS (additional approval may be needed from the Frederick County Public Schools School Board). 4.6. Attend meetings/briefings with the FCPS representative to review project status. NOTE: ● It should be noted new construction site installations are not covered by this contract. ● At any stage of the work, should the contractor suspect/detect asbestos containing materials, contractor is not to disturb or remove it. Contractor shall immediately stop work and contact the FCPS designee. FCPS’s designee will then instruct the contractor when they can proceed with the project. ● FCPS reserves the right to negotiate for services related to this contract which are not identified herein.
