Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide fullservice,beverage vending machinesto the School Board’s facilities. The School Board provides educational services to approximately 2500 students who are served in 3 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school. The administrative and support staffs are housed in a separate building.Full-Service Agreementdefined as all services provided by the Vendor to include: delivery, stocking machines with product, removal of monies, accounting services, provision of adequate coins for change and all other services necessary for complete and successful operation. In other words, a turnkey type of service agreement whereby the Vendor provides all necessary services and pays the school/department a commission of the sales on a monthly basis.
