Development of short and long-range employee benefit plans, goals, and strategies. Represent the Group in negotiations, as needed, with providers on a wide range of issues, including those related to fees, benefit levels, plan design, and special terms and conditions. Advise the Group to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employee benefits. High-level customer service and day-to-day support, as needed, in the escalation of claim administration. Assist the Group with the implementation and communication of new programs and benefits, or changes to existing plans. Assist in open enrollment design and organization. Attend open enrollment with an active role. Assist in the creation of benefit brochures and open enrollment materials.
