Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct Belmont Ridge Road Widening. This is a VDOT Local Administered Project (LAP) that consists of the widening of Belmont Ridge Road from Truro Parish Drive to Croson Lane including approximately 1.5 miles of improvements (Project). The improvements will consist of widening the existing two-lane road to a four-lane divided roadway with a ten (10) foot shared use path on both sides of the road. The Project includes two northbound and two southbound lanes, associated turn lanes at the intersections of Croson Lane, Cochrans Lock Drive, Reservoir Ridge Place, Mount Hope Road, Waxpool Road, Black Angus Drive, Truro Parish Drive, and a 42 -foot-wide max grass median.
