The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of Public Safety Behavioral Health Clinician services to support approximately 1,014 public safety employees across the City of Alexandria's Sheriff’s Office (ASO), Police Department (APD), Fire Department (AFD), and the Department of Emergency and Customer Communications (DECC). The Behavioral Health Clinician services provided will include direct mental health intervention, crisis support, mental health education, appropriate training and support of all the public safety Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) teams, as well as other duties outlined below.
