Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purpose is to establish a contract for the maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of new overhead doors, control systems (including visual and audible warning systems), electric gates and operators. - Vendor shall provide service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week - Regular Hours shall be defined as 0700 1800 hours, Monday through Friday - Overtime Hours shall be 1801 0659 hours, Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday, Sunday or holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) - Vendor must be able to perform multiple assignments for the County at one time for emergency and non-emergency calls - Vendor shall be at the service destination within 4 hours, after receipt of a call for a ROUTINE call for service or repair. Vendor shall be required to satisfy a routine call for service during Regular Hours, provided however that the requesting agency may require a routine service call to be made during Overtime Hours upon request.
