Scope of Work/Description of Items (Specifications) 1. PROOFS/Artwork/Renderings of any designs must be submitted to DWR for review and signed off approval must be obtained by the vendor before any production work is started. DWR will supply the artwork files for contractor to start its processes. 2. See e-VA line items for list of Blackinton badges, wallets, insignia, commendation bars, name plate, name bar, tie pins, and Smith and Warren Service Bar and Medals. There are two custom made pin items (tie pin and hat pin) that are not Blackinton or Smith and Warren items. 3. In accordance with General Term and Condition M, and upon being notified of being the apparent low bidder, the bidder shall within 14 days of receipt of the artwork required for production provide the following items in a quantity of one (1). The bidder may charge the agency a flat fee for samples provided. The flat fee price shall include freight.
