The Contractor shall clean, repair, prepare, prime and painting all picket fencing within or bordering the curtilage of the building (estimated as 150 feet in length and three feet high). When possible, an Epoxy Penetrant and Filler should be used to repair small, damaged areas of the fencing. Fencing that cannot be filled with and Epoxy Penetrant and Filler and made good shall be replaced with like in kind materials.
