Minimum 3,900 lbs. lift capacity to 144 inches and 3,650 lbs. through 190 inches. 7. Forks to be 42 inch and have a lift height of 189 inches, at top of level forks and be rated appropriately for lift. 8. Minimum 48-inch high load backrest. 9. Have Integral Side Shift. 10. Have separate control handles for Lift, Tilt and Side shift functions. 11. Have tilt & lift lock out which keeps forks from lowering if key is off. 12. Equipped with a hydraulic suction strainer or screen and minimum of 10 micron full flow return hydraulic filter equipped with by-pass relief valve. 13. Minimum travel speed of 9.8 mph with load. 14. AC / Transistor Traction Control and drive motor, AC / Transistor Hydraulic/Steer Control and motor. 15. Have dual independent drive motors to allow zero turning with minimal tire wear. 16. Auto Deceleration System, which slows the truck when the operators foot is removed from the accelerator pedal. 17.
