Contractor shall provide a cumulative total of 1,000 gallons of Avgas 100 Low Lead, on an as-needed basis, for the DOAV Cessna 182 and Cessna 206 aircraft. 1. DOAV reserves the right to request additional information necessary in order to evaluate a bid. 2. Questions regarding this requirement may be directed to Benjamin Miller at: benjamin.miller@doav.virginia.gov or 804-774-4628. 3. The Contractor shall store fuel on the field at KRIC. The Contractor should be able to deliver fuel to the aircraft within 15 minutes of call but shall deliver no later than within 30 minutes. 4. The Contractor shall have a KRIC issued security badge to have access to the AOA. 5. The Contractor’s employees shall be trained in fueling aircraft. 6. The Contractor shall have a drug and alcohol program in place and all employees involved in fueling DOAV aircraft shall be in compliance with this program. 7. The Contractor shall have approval from the Capital Airport Commission to do business on the Richmond Airport.
