Specifications include, but are not limited to: Auxiliary Gymnasium Addition to Lafayette High School for WilliamsburgJames City County Schools, Virginia, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by HBA Architecture & Interior Design, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The freestanding gymnasium building is approximately 10,900 ft.² and is connected to the existing high school through a new exterior canopy. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition, access road, site lighting, site utilities, TPO membrane roofing, standing seam metal wall and roof panels, aluminum windows, masonry exterior wall/brick veneer assemblies, gymnasium equipment, hardwood athletic flooring, gymnasium bleachers, access control hardware, plumbing/mechanical systems, electrical systems, and fire suppression systems. The work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, Drawings and Specifications.
