1. Provide manual and automatic water-based and solvent parts washers and remove and dispose of all waste. 2. Pick up, process, and recycle to a refined for reuse state used motor oil. 3. Pick up, process, and recycle to a refined for reuse state used anti-freeze. 4. Provide small-scale emergency response as needed for chemical containment, remediation, and recovery that may occur in, but not limited to: Fire Stations, James City County Fleet and Equipment, School bus garage, Landfill/Transfer Station sites, James City Service Authority locations; high/middle school science laboratories, photography darkrooms, automotive technology labs, general school grounds, and general school classrooms. Chemical spills may include the following: combustible petroleum products, flammable solutions, concentrated/dilute caustic and corrosive solutions, toxic laboratory products (elemental mercury) and other non-hazardous products. 5. 100% of the revenue generated from the recycling process to: Treasurer, James City County 101-B Mounts Bay Rd Williamsburg, VA 23188. Transportation Department 597 Jolly Pond Rd Williamsburg, VA 23188. Any revenue generated must be displayed on the appropriate invoice deducting the total cost of service. Revenue shall not be issued to any individual department 6. The Contractor will be responsible to respond to requests for service calls for making agreed repairs and/or exchanges to units within three (3) business days, unless the unit presents a safety hazard, in which case, an immediate response and unit exchange must take place within twenty-four (24) hours. 7. Changes in unit locations shall be requested by the Owner and accomplished by the Contractor with five (5) working days. 8. A Billing and Service representative must be identified and made available to provide responses to inquiries within 24 hours. 9. Convenience Center pickups of oil and antifreeze must be every two weeks.
