The Contractor(s) must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform collision repair, refinishing/paint services, estimating, and related mechanical repairs for the City’s fleet as described in this RFP. Services must include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Estimating Services o Provide detailed, written repair estimates for each damaged vehicle, including a breakdown of labor, parts, materials, and any subcontracted services. o Utilize industry-recognized estimating software (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, or equivalent) to prepare estimates in a consistent, professional format. o Include digital photographs of all visible damage to accompany each estimate. o Revise estimates promptly when additional damage is discovered during disassembly or repair. 2. Collision Repair Services o Structural and non-structural body repairs, including frame straightening and alignment. o Replacement and/or repair of damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, glass, lighting, and trim. o Dent removal, welding, and panel alignment to manufacturer specifications. 3.
