1. The Department shall provide maps (produced by the Agency using the IFRIS) for each property to the Contractor showing the invasive plant control project areas. 2. The Department shall provide a full list of project addresses/locations and landowner contact information to the Contractor. 3. The Department shall designate personnel to show the project area to the Contractor. If a meeting is necessary, the Contractor should set up the meeting date and time with the Contract Administrator at least 48 hours in advance to insure availability. 4. The Department reserves the right to halt the spray operation at any time, when, in the opinion of the Department, the Contractor violates the contract or the Contractor's performance is unsafe, or otherwise unsatisfactory. 5. The Department reserves the right to stop any and all work if it is deemed that weather and/or growth conditions are no longer conducive to such treatment. In the event of a work stoppage due to weather or growth conditions, any treatments may be rescheduled as needed dependent on Department and Contractor agreement. 6. The Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 7. The Department reserves the right to inspect all Contractors and subcontractors’ operations at any time and to conduct final inspections before approval of project completion. 8. Any deficiencies found during an inspection must be remedied, to the satisfaction of the Department, within 30 days. Invoicing may not occur until any outstanding deficiencies are remedied.
