The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision of material, equipment, supplies, services and ancillary items, such as, but not limited to power cords, extension cords, VGS cables, VGS splitters, and batteries to perform the following onsite services. Unless otherwise provided in the RFP the name of a certain brand, make or manufacturer does not restrict offeror to the specific brand or manufacturer named. Any article which the state, in its sole discretion, determines to be the equivalent of that specified, considering quality, workmanship, economy of operation and suitability for the purpose intended, shall be accepted (Code of Virginia, § 2.2- 4315). 1. Quarterly Board Meetings (BM) The meetings are typically held in March, June, September and December and are currently being held at the Hilton Richmond Hotel/Short Pump 12042 West Broad Street, Richmond VA 23233. Currently, the meetings are held from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, and typically consist of approximately 60 participants.
