5.1. Provide all labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to provide the services required for the attendance zone redistricting process. 5.2. Provide how the Offeror will assist the School Board in meeting the goal of implementing attendance zone boundary adjustments through balancing enrollment at the elementary schools, incorporating additions at Jordan Springs ES and Middletown ES, balancing enrollment at the middle schools, and balancing enrollment at the high schools, incorporating the new 4th HS. 5.3. Provide how the Offeror will evaluate and recommend changes to the Redistricting Objectives 5.4. Provide how the Offeror will work with division staff to identify stakeholders and from this list make recommendations regarding committee membership. 5.5. Provide how the Offeror will communicate to the identified stakeholders their responsibilities in accordance with paragraph 6 of this solicitation.
