This notice serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements:
In accordance with the PWS, DoDEA requires a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) professional learning series that is customizable for DoDEA use to help K-12 educators build knowledge and skills in discrete topics, such as leadership development, planning with a curriculum, or facilitating professional learning communities. The professional learning series shall include (1) teaching and learning cycle series focusing on data-driven instruction, data analysis, and continuous improvement cycles, and (2) related professional learning.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 (Educational Support Services), and the applicable PSC is U009 (Education/Training - General). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes.
This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as a Full and Open Competition. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order contract. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 1-year base and 4 12-month option years.
