Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Selected Contractor(s) shall provide miscellaneous asphalt, stone, concrete, caulking and associated equipment services as described herein. This Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement or repair of asphalt road, ramps and pathway surfaces. Construct road and pad pervious surfaces Replacement, installation or repair of pavement markings, lane stripping, parking spaces and gate loops. Construct or repair of concrete curb and gutter, storm water drain boxes, valve boxes, handicap and drive ramps, pads, floors, and walls. Replacement or repair of concrete sidewalks, patio stones and concrete stairs. Repair concrete surfaces in basins, channels, culverts, tanks and wall surfaces. Replacement or repair of caulk joints in horizontal and vertical surfaces to include expansion joints and water stops. Repair cracks, surface or injection, and joint sealants. Perform earthwork, pipe backfill, and grading. Construct easement, storm water erosion control features and gravel roads. B. Annual requirements depend in large part on aging infrastructure and equipment replacement. Award under this solicitation does not guarantee any amount of work. C. The Contractor is responsible to obtain and pay for all required permits as applicable. D. The Contractor warrants that all workmanship shall be of the highest quality and in accordance with contract documents and manufacturer(s) specifications and shall be performed by persons qualified at their respective trades. E. When applicable, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to carefully demolish equipment, structures, and material to enable installation of new equipment being installed by the Contractor. If there is salvage value, demolished items are to be turned over to UOSA, unless otherwise specified. F. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to return the work site to a condition equal to, or better than, prior to start of Work. G. The Contractor is responsible for field verification of existing conditions, including but not limited to power requirements, control interfaces and other field measurements.
