The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, shipping, and supervision necessary to acquire and deliver the requested products with delivery as soon as possible. Delivery is requested no later than 3:00 PM on December 5th, 2025. A. SPECIFIC WORK PROCEDURES: The Contractor shall include delivery date information as part of your bid documentation. The point-of-contact will be listed on the purchase order and associated contract. This solicitation is only for the acquisition and delivery of the requested product(s). 1. Bid documentation (Attachment D) must include reference imagery, item numbers, and detailed product information (spec sheets) for the product you are offering (examples: size, weight, number of lights, warranty information, etc.)
