The contractor shall provide all management, supervisory personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, licensing, certifications and other items and services necessary to perform routine maintenance and repair, repair by replacement, quarters cleaning, floor repair/maintenance, interior painting/wall and ceiling repair, incidental improvements, and playground equipment maintenance as defined in the Technical Exhibits (TE) for 87 housing units of varying square footage, age, and architectural style. Housing maintenance and repair services apply to all dwelling units (DU), garag-es, appliances, and spaces provided for the contractor’s use. All property is Govern-ment owned. Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and condi-tions of the contract, federal laws and regulations, applicable Section 106 Program Al-ternatives (to include Program Comments) and consistently with established standards in the PWS and contract.”.
