The bidder or offeror will provide qualified, experienced and professional personnel to be assigned by the contractor, the entirety of this term contract. The offeror awarded this contract shall be qualified to provide DCJS, Department of Criminal Justice Services certified armed guard services as needed or required by VDFP. The offeror must provide a project manager to oversee the armed security officers utilized by VDFP under this contract. Only one (1) armed-officer is needed to be onsite at a time, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) this officer is responsible for arriving on-site no later than 7:30am and departing no earlier than 5:00pm, patrolling the internal (23000 sq ft) and external parameters periodically each day. The assigned officer must be required to have standard uniform apparel, in representation of the offeror’s agency. The officer’s post will be stationed at the front entry of the agency, in view of all incoming staff and guests.
