The Contractor shall: 1. Design new shelving layout within the floor space of the existing shelving. New shelving layout to meet all ADA, egress and fire suppression requirements/codes. (Attachment 6) 2. Dismantle existing cantilever shelving and remove all components from the building. 3. Furnish, deliver, install and warranty new 4-Post Shelving. 4. Rework art cage to enlarge enclosed space doubling capacity. 5. Install 32 double sided art racks and two shelving units for statuary. 6. Design storage array using shelf braces or similar metal supports and 10" ID x 5' archival tubes for oversized materials like architectural designs and prints. Tubes require end caps. 7. Work shall be conducted during Library operating hours and dates.
