Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Historic Preservation planning, design, presentations and approvals. 2. The total Scope of Work will cover all phases of construction and include creating a complete set of construction contract documents for the renovation and addition on the existing site considering programming, preliminary conceptual plans, field surveys of the existing conditions, and LCPS Educational Specifications and Requirements. These documents will be prepared for the purpose of permitting, pricing and construction of this Elementary School facility. 3. A Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) delivery is anticipated for the project with a target to have the CM on board with the project team by Fall/Winter 2023. The CM’s pre-construction services will include planning, constructability reviews, phased cost estimating and strategic guidance on the overall project delivery. 4. Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment planning p. Preparation of, and coordination of Municipal and Regulatory Permits q. Cost Estimates r. Construction Contract Administration
