1. Provide a new restroom and abandon the existing restroom building. 2. Renovate the existing parking lot, and make needed repairs to the park access road, park access and vehicle circulation. 3. Replace the existing DGIF boat ramp and provide shoreline restoration. 4. Provide civil engineering improvements to create an elevated/ADA trail system. 5. Provide other architectural and engineering services such as picnic shelters, shade, facility improvements, new park features, and landscape architectural elements. 6. Other facility rehabilitation improvements such as site electrical and water/sewer improvements. 7. Provide planning and civil engineering services to comply with the Henrico County Plan of Development (POD) process.
