Scope of the Project: Consultant shall provide inspections and assessments of all facilities as specified herein by architectural and engineering professionals. Consultant will produce an accurate analysis that identifies visible and discernable (through non-destructive means) components and elements requiring maintenance, renovations or other planned action. It is expected that the consultant shall be able to provide a prioritized action list based on the conditions found. 2. The facility conditions survey shall focus on the following system components: a) Educational programming b) Exterior Systems - roofs, walls, window systems, doors c) Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning d) Plumbing e) Electrical and service distribution, emergency power f) Interior Construction - walls, doors, flooring, visible structural components g) Interior Finishes - flooring, ceiling, wall finishes h) Health/Fire/Life Safety systems i) Fire suppression j) Accessibility for disabled persons - ADA requirements k) Telecommunications and technology including mass notification systems (intercoms, etc.) l.) Foundation and structure concerns m.) Roof inspections n.) athletic facilities and fields o.) wastewater treatment plant p.) septic tanks q.) population, enrollment, and economic shifts/projections r.) addresses possibilities for HVAC IAQ in relation to HB 2618, SB 1413 2. Additionally, Consultant shall provide milestone updates to both bodies that will be built into the project timeline and shall include updates on the feedback obtained. Such updates shall occur throughout the project and not just at the end. 3. Additional elements may include site utilities, fencing, athletic fields, playground equipment, parking lots, egress routes, and other site surface structures.
